Hello, thanks for sharing this download. I really appreciate it. I'm currently building it as a cosplay prop, but I can't seem to figure out how piece H and C fits in between the handle and the blade. Piece H seems to have two cutouts for the blade's bottom five sided shape, but when I assemble the part, the two openings are placed at right angles. I do not logically see how these could fit, along with the placement of piece C. I have consulted all of your reference photos and have all the other pieces assembled, bar those two connecting the blade to the handle. Could you please sketch out a diagram or write how these pieces fit? Thank you in advance.

Hi sorry for late reply :)

You can open this link for my sketch: i1170.photobucket.com/albums/r…

There are 2 ways that you can do for joining blade and handle. At the first way (Ver 1), you can glued H,I and C part, then put the blade (A) inside the C Part. Second way (Ver 2), you can make hole in H and I part, then put the blade(A) through H,I and C part. For make the hole, you can estimate by referencing the blade size.

Hmm, maybe if i get a spare time :) Cause I still busy in others project.
Actually in this lined version, the 'line' wasn't too thick and was have similar color with the pattern. :) So it wont be too viewable for the viewer :D

Just follow the instruction, there are 2 side of blade, A1 and A2, and follow the yellow part in each part (A1 and A2), oh ya fyi, A1 and A2 yellow instruction was inverted :D

I did and it turned out just like the picture! Your guide was really easy to follow, thank you again!

Unfortunately I ran out of time to put any kind of hardener on them and because AX was so packed they kinda fell apart ;_; but! They looked perfect when I finished them ^w^

I actually ended up using foam board for the blades instead. The paper didn't want to play nice and all 4 of them came out curved (I made a set for my friend and myself). I'm thinking that was a my error though, not yours ^^
